Calendar

The Calendar section helps you track important client-related dates in one place.

This page is mainly used for planning and scheduling, so that you always know what is happening and when.

The Calendar is especially useful for:

  • Payroll run dates
  • Client meetings
  • Weekly check-ins
  • Internal tasks linked to clients

When you open Clients > Calendar, the screen is split into two main parts:

This is the large calendar grid in the centre of the page.

It shows the current month and displays:

  • Empty days (no events)
  • Highlighted days (days with events)

Each block represents a day in the month.

On the right side, you will see a list of upcoming client events.

Each event shows:

  • The date number
  • The event name
  • The client linked to that event

This makes it easy to see what is coming up without searching through the calendar.

At the top right corner, you will see the current month and year (example: February 2026).

You can move between months using:

  • Left arrow → go to the previous month
  • Right arrow → go to the next month

This allows you to check schedules for past or future months.

Some days appear highlighted or coloured.

This usually means:

  • There is an event scheduled on that day
  • A run date is planned
  • A meeting or task is coming up

If a day is not highlighted, it usually means there are no events scheduled for that day.

The event list on the right is called Clients.

This section shows the upcoming schedule items, such as:

  • Company meetings
  • Weekly catch-ups
  • Internal tasks
  • Client deadlines

The events are grouped by date, making it easier to follow.

Under the upcoming list, there is an option called:

View all Events

Clicking this allows you to open a full list view of all calendar events, instead of only seeing a short preview list.

This is useful if you want to see:

  • Everything scheduled for the month
  • A longer list of upcoming client events

The Calendar is important because it helps you avoid missing key tasks.

Instead of remembering everything in your head, you can rely on the system to show you:

  • What is scheduled
  • Which client it belongs to
  • What date it happens on

This is especially helpful for both busy teams and users who manage many clients.

The Calendar is your planning page for client activity.

You can use it to:

  • Track meetings and run dates
  • Check what is happening this week or month
  • Plan ahead for future client deadlines
  • Quickly view upcoming events from the right-side list
