The Charges section provides a structured view of payroll-related costs, allowing efficient management of pricing, categories, and billing configurations.
Cost Categories
Section titled “Cost Categories”Charges are organized into clear categories such as:
- Common Add-Ons – Frequently used additional services
- Other Add-Ons – Additional optional services
- Payroll Charges – Core payroll-related costs
- Time Clock – Time tracking and related services
Each category groups related charges, making it easy to manage and review cost structures.
Charge Details
Section titled “Charge Details”Within each category, individual charges include:
- Hard Cost – The base cost of the service
- Suggested Price – Recommended pricing for billing
- Billing Unit – Defines how the charge is applied (e.g., flat fee)
- Effective Date – When the charge becomes active
This ensures consistency in pricing and billing across the system.
Managing Charges
Section titled “Managing Charges”The section supports key actions for maintaining cost data:
- Adding new charges or categories
- Editing existing charges and pricing
- Removing outdated or unused entries
- Exporting charge data for reporting or analysis
Charges can also include service inclusions, allowing additional details to be attached to each cost.
Billing Configuration

Reports
Section titled “Reports”The reporting area provides visibility into generated invoices and billing records, including:
