Client Dashboard
The Client Dashboard gives you a quick overview of user communication preferences inside JMS.
This page helps you see who is subscribed, who has opted in, and who has opted out — without needing to open each user profile.
What this Dashboard is for
Section titled “What this Dashboard is for”This dashboard is mainly used to:
- Monitor communication subscription activity
- Identify users who have opted out
- Manage what communication types users receive
- Stay compliant with user consent rules
Summary Cards
Section titled “Summary Cards”At the top of the dashboard, you will see three summary cards:
Total Users
Section titled “Total Users”Shows how many users exist in the system.
Subscribed
Section titled “Subscribed”Shows how many users are currently subscribed to communication lists.
Opted In
Section titled “Opted In”Shows how many users have opted in to receive communication.
These cards give you a fast overview of engagement and compliance.
Search Users
Section titled “Search Users”Use the search bar to find users by:
- Name
- Email address
This is useful when working with a large number of users.
Filters
Section titled “Filters”On the right side of the search bar, there are filters that help you narrow down the list.
Status Filter
Section titled “Status Filter”This allows you to filter users by:
- All Status
- Opted In
- Opted Out
This is useful when you need to focus only on users who are allowed to receive communication.
Subscription Filter
Section titled “Subscription Filter”This allows you to filter users by:
- All Subscriptions
- Subscribed
- Unsubscribed
This helps you quickly see who is part of active subscription lists.
User Table
Section titled “User Table”Below the filters, the system displays a list of users with key details such as:
- User name
- Email address
- Contact type (Client, Partner, Franchisee)
- Status (Opted In / Opted Out)
- Action button
Managing a User
Section titled “Managing a User”To update a user’s subscription preferences:

Find the user in the table

Click Manage

A subscription window will open

Toggle the communication options such as:
- Newsletter
- Product Updates
- Marketing
- System Alerts
- SMS

Click Save Changes
This updates the user’s communication settings immediately.

- Users only receive messages they agreed to
- Communication settings stay accurate
- The system remains compliant with privacy and marketing rules
