Celebrations

Celebrations is where your team shares good news.

Think of it like a digital notice board for happy moments:

  • Birthdays
  • Work anniversaries
  • Team achievements
  • Positive announcements

It keeps work feeling human, not robotic.

When you go to Communications → Celebrations, you’ll see:

  • A list of celebration posts
  • The newest posts at the top
  • A button to open or create a post
  • Tools to search and manage posts

If nothing is posted yet, the page may look quiet — that’s normal.

Posting a celebration is simple.

  1. Click Post in Celebration
  2. Add a title (for example: “Happy Birthday John ”)
  3. Write your message in the editor
  4. (Optional) Add:
    • Images
    • Emojis
    • Mentions (@someone)
  5. Click Send

That’s it — your post is live.

  • Click Open post to view the full celebration
  • You can scroll to read comments and replies
  • Read the message
  • See who posted it and when
  • Reply in the thread
  • React with emojis

Celebrations are meant to be interactive.

To reply:

  1. Scroll to the bottom of the post
  2. Type your reply in Reply in thread
  3. Click Send

You can:

  • Say “Congrats!”
  • Add emojis
  • Share a short message or image

If you created the post (or have permission), you can:

  • Click Edit to change the message
  • Click Delete to remove it

This helps keep things tidy and correct.

At the top of the page, you may see Upcoming items such as:

  • Birthdays
  • Work anniversaries

If there are none coming up, you’ll see:

“No upcoming birthdays”
“No upcoming anniversaries”

That’s completely normal.

Used for:

  • Positive announcements
  • Team morale
  • Fun and recognition

Not used for:

  • Formal emails
  • Tasks or work instructions
  • Private messages

Think celebrate, not communicate formally.

This page is designed so you can:

  • Read it step by step or
  • Watch the Celebrations demo video

Both will show the same flow: Post → Open → Reply → Celebrate
