Surveys

Use Surveys to gather structured feedback and make data-driven decisions.

  • Questionnaires: Build custom surveys for your team.
  • Client Feedback: Send surveys to understand customer satisfaction.
  • Real-time Results: Monitor responses as they come in.
  1. Navigate to Communications > Surveys.
  2. Select a survey to see its current status and responses.
  3. Click Create Survey to start a new feedback session.
