Creating Insights
Section titled “Creating Insights”- Questionnaires: Build custom surveys for your team.
- Client Feedback: Send surveys to understand customer satisfaction.
- Real-time Results: Monitor responses as they come in.
Managing Surveys
Section titled “Managing Surveys”- Navigate to Communications > Surveys.
- Select a survey to see its current status and responses.
- Click Create Survey to start a new feedback session.
