Document Mapper (E-Sign)

Think of it like a digital signing desk.
This is where documents become official.

Before you start (Login required)
Section titled “Before you start (Login required)”Why do I see a login screen?
Section titled “Why do I see a login screen?”When you open Document Mapper, JMS asks you to log in.
This is because:
- Documents may be legally binding
- Signatures must be secure
- Access must be tracked
Once you log in, you can continue where you left off.

What you can do in Document Mapper

- Prepare documents for signing
- Map document fields (like names and dates)
- Send documents for electronic signature
- View signed documents
You only see what you are allowed to access.
What is E-Sign?

Instead of printing and signing paper:
- Documents are signed online
- Signatures are tracked
- Everything is saved securely
This makes signing faster and easier.
Signing a document (High level)

- Open Document Mapper
- Log in (if asked)
- Open a document
- Review the document
- Sign electronically
- Submit the document

Security and permissions

Section titled “Why is this secure?”Document Mapper uses:
- User login
- Access permissions
- Activity tracking
This helps make sure:
- The right person signs
- Documents are not changed incorrectly
- Records are kept safely
When to use Document Mapper

If you only want to view documents, use the Document Portal instead.
