Charges

The Charges section provides a structured overview of how payroll costs and pricing are managed across both Franchise and Franchisee levels.

At the top of the page, the workspace is divided into two main views:

The Franchise view represents the master pricing structure that defines how services are priced and billed across the system.

It includes:

  • Client Recurring – Ongoing charges applied regularly to clients.
  • Client Once-off – One-time charges for specific services or activities.
  • General Franchise Costs – Internal cost structures that support overall pricing.
  • Franchise Billing – How charges are calculated and applied for billing.
  • Reports – Insights and summaries related to franchise-level costs and billing.

The Franchisee view reflects how costs are applied at an operational or individual level.

It includes:

  • Client Recurring – Recurring charges specific to franchisee-managed clients.
  • Client Once-off – One-time charges applied at the franchisee level.
  • My Costs – A view of costs relevant to the franchisee’s operations.
  • Reports – Performance and cost-related reporting for the franchisee.

Within each section, charges are grouped into categories such as:

  • Uncategorized
  • Common Add-Ons
  • Other Add-ons
  • Payroll Charges
  • Time Clock

These categories help organize different types of charges, making it easier to understand how services and pricing are structured.

This layout provides a clear and consistent way to manage pricing, ensuring alignment between franchise-level definitions and franchisee-level application.
