Getting started

This guide helps you understand JMS in a very simple way.
You can read it, or you can watch short demo videos later both will show you the same thing.

Think of JMS like a control centre for your business.
It helps you see messages, manage clients, track sales, and stay organised.

After signing in, you land on the Home screen.

This is your starting point every time you use JMS.

Think of it like your desk important things show up here first.

The top bar is always visible at the top of the screen.

  • Online status → shows that you are active
  • Your name & profile icon → your account
  • Date and time → helps you track when things happen

This helps you always know who you are logged in as and when things were updated.

The left menu helps you move around JMS.

Think of it like rooms in a building.
Each menu item is a room with a different job.

  • Home → come back to the main screen
  • Communications → messages and notices
  • Clients → people and businesses you work with
  • Sales → deals and opportunities
  • Finances → money-related information

You don’t need to open everything.
Just go to the room you need.

This area shows important messages, usually from management or the CEO.

Think of it like a notice board.

  • Read new notices
  • Search for older notices
  • See important notices (icon)
  • Create a new notice (if you have permission)

When you click a notice, the details open on the right.

5. Main workspace (The big area on the right)

Section titled “5. Main workspace (The big area on the right)”

This area shows details only after you select something.

For example:

  • Click a notice → notice details appear
  • Click a client → client details appear

This keeps the screen clean and easy to understand.

You do not need to learn everything at once.

Start with these simple steps:

  1. Read any new notices
  2. Click through the left menu to see what’s available
  3. Go to Clients when you are ready to work with people or businesses

That’s it you are already using JMS

You now understand the basics of getting started.

Next, you can learn about:

  • Clients
  • Sales
  • Finances

Take it one step at a time.
JMS is designed to be simple.
