Franchisees

The Franchisees section allows you to manage all franchise locations in one place — from initial prospect stage to closed deals.

This area combines:

  • Location management
  • Deal pipeline tracking
  • Activities and communication history
  • Files and email integration

At the top of the page, you’ll see summary statistics:

  • Total Franchisees – Total locations in the system.
  • Active Franchisees – Currently operating locations.
  • Inactive Franchisees – Locations not currently active.
  • New Franchisees – Recently added locations.

Use the filters below the cards to:

  • Filter by Status
  • Sort by Last 7 Days, Name, or Progress

Each franchisee appears as a card showing:

  • Location name
  • State
  • Status (Active/Inactive)
  • Selection checkbox (for bulk actions)

Click a card to open the full franchisee profile.

Use the Actions button (top right) to:

  • Add a new franchise
  • Export franchise data

When you open a franchisee, you’ll see a detailed view divided into sections.


At the top of the profile is the Deal Pipeline Status:

  • Prospect
  • Stage 1
  • Stage 2
  • Stage 3
  • Stage 4
  • Closed Won

This shows where the franchisee currently sits in the sales lifecycle.


The left sidebar contains:

  • Date Created
  • Name
  • Address
  • Phone
  • Email

You can track:

  • Current payroll experience
  • 2nd to last
  • 3rd to last
  • 4th to last

Each section includes:

  • Payroll Experience
  • Start Date
  • End Date

Across the top of the main content area:

  • Activities
  • Tasks
  • Notes
  • Calls
  • Files
  • Email

Each tab tracks engagement with the franchisee.


Log general actions and interactions related to this location.


  • View assigned tasks
  • Filter by priority or status
  • Search tasks
  • Track due dates

  • Add internal notes
  • Store important information about conversations or decisions

Track call history including:

  • User
  • Call reason
  • Phone number
  • Call type (Incoming / Outgoing)
  • Duration
  • Date and time

You can also log new calls manually.


  • Upload documents
  • Drag & drop files
  • Search uploaded files
  • Track file type and upload date

You can connect your Microsoft account to:

  • Send emails directly from JMS
  • View threaded conversations
  • Track attachments
  • Manage communication without leaving the CRM

OAuth is used for secure connection.
