Prospects
The Prospects section helps you track potential franchise locations (or franchisee candidates) before they become active franchisees.
It works like a pipeline: you move each prospect through stages until they are ready to open or are closed.
Franchisee Pipeline
Section titled “Franchisee Pipeline”At the top of the page you will see the Franchisee Pipeline columns:
- Prospect
- Stage 1
- Stage 2
- Stage 3
- Stage 4
Each column shows how many opportunities are currently in that stage.
Filters
Section titled “Filters”On the top-right you can refine what you are viewing.
Status filter
Section titled “Status filter”Use All Statuses to filter prospects by their current status, for example:
- Have not met
- Pending
- Not Ready Now
- Closed won
Sort filter
Section titled “Sort filter”Use Sort by to control the order of items in the pipeline:
- Sort by: Last 7 Days
- Sort by: Date
- Sort by: Name
Actions menu
Section titled “Actions menu”Use the Actions button (top-right) to manage prospects and export data:
- Export: Download the list for reporting.
- New Franchise: Create a new franchise record (for prospects ready to become active).
- New Prospect: Add a new prospect into the pipeline.
Adding a Prospect
Section titled “Adding a Prospect”- Go to Locations > Prospects.
- Click Actions > New Prospect.
- Fill in the prospect details and save.
- Move the prospect through the pipeline stages as progress is made.
Next steps
Section titled “Next steps”Once a prospect is ready and approved, use Actions > New Franchise to convert them into an active franchise location.
