Prospects

The Prospects section helps you track potential franchise locations (or franchisee candidates) before they become active franchisees.

It works like a pipeline: you move each prospect through stages until they are ready to open or are closed.

At the top of the page you will see the Franchisee Pipeline columns:

  • Prospect
  • Stage 1
  • Stage 2
  • Stage 3
  • Stage 4

Each column shows how many opportunities are currently in that stage.

On the top-right you can refine what you are viewing.

Use All Statuses to filter prospects by their current status, for example:

  • Have not met
  • Pending
  • Not Ready Now
  • Closed won

Use Sort by to control the order of items in the pipeline:

  • Sort by: Last 7 Days
  • Sort by: Date
  • Sort by: Name

Use the Actions button (top-right) to manage prospects and export data:

  • Export: Download the list for reporting.
  • New Franchise: Create a new franchise record (for prospects ready to become active).
  • New Prospect: Add a new prospect into the pipeline.
  1. Go to Locations > Prospects.
  2. Click Actions > New Prospect.
  3. Fill in the prospect details and save.
  4. Move the prospect through the pipeline stages as progress is made.

Once a prospect is ready and approved, use Actions > New Franchise to convert them into an active franchise location.
