Quarterly Awards
The Quarterly Awards module allows your organization to recognize and track top performers across each quarter of the year.
Awards are organized by:
- Year
- Quarter (Q1, Q2, Q3, Q4)
- Award Type
This creates a clear historical record of recognition.
Overview Layout
Section titled “Overview Layout”The page is divided into four columns:
- Q1
- Q2
- Q3
- Q4
Each column displays awards created for that quarter.
At the top right, you can:
- Filter by Year
- Click Create Award
Filtering by Year
Section titled “Filtering by Year”Use the year dropdown to:
- View awards for a specific year (e.g., 2026, 2025, etc.)
- Select All to view across years
This helps track performance history over time.
Creating an Award
Section titled “Creating an Award”- Click Create Award
- Complete the required fields:
Required Fields
Section titled “Required Fields”- Year – Select the award year.
- Quarter – Choose Q1, Q2, Q3, or Q4.
- Award Type – Select an existing type (e.g., Heart, MVP).
Optional Customization
Section titled “Optional Customization”You can create a new award type:
- Click Create New Award Type
- Choose an icon or emoji
- Select a color (preset or custom color block)
Award Content
Section titled “Award Content”Enter names and details in plain text. Each name should be on a new line.
Example:
John Doe
Jane Smith
Marketing Team
This allows multiple recipients under one award.
- Click Save Award
Award Card Structure
Section titled “Award Card Structure”Each award card displays:
- Award icon
- Award title
- Recipient names
- Color-coded header (based on award type)
You can click the three-dot menu to:
- Edit the award
- Delete the award
Managing Award Types
Section titled “Managing Award Types”Award types allow your organization to define recognition categories such as:
- MVP
- Heart
- Top Performer
- Leadership
- Innovation
Each type can have:
- Custom icon or emoji
- Custom color
- Unique label
This ensures visual distinction between award categories.
Editing or Deleting Awards
Section titled “Editing or Deleting Awards”Click the three-dot menu on any award card to:
- Edit details
- Delete the award
Changes update immediately in the selected quarter.
Best Practice
Section titled “Best Practice”To maximize impact:
- Keep award categories consistent year to year
- Enter recipient names clearly (one per line)
- Use meaningful award titles aligned with company values
- Review awards quarterly to maintain engagement
