Dashboards

The Dashboards section provides a real-time, high-level overview of performance across Sales and Implementation.

It helps managers and teams monitor pipeline health, revenue trends, operational workload, and forecasting metrics — all in one place.


At the top of the page, you can switch between different dashboard views:

  • Tasks & Deals
  • Progress Review
  • Funnel Review
  • Senior Management Dashboard
  • Implementation Report

You can also switch between:

  • Sales
  • Implementation
  • Senior Management

This view focuses on operational sales activity.

Displays:

  • Task name
  • Assigned user
  • Status (Pending, In Progress, etc.)
  • Priority (Low, Medium, High)
  • Due date

You can:

  • Search for tasks
  • Apply filters
  • Track overdue or pending work

Shows deals that have not yet progressed or closed, including:

  • Business name
  • Last contacted date
  • Run date
  • Deal value

Highlights businesses with the highest revenue potential.


This dashboard breaks down performance into:

  • Monthly
  • Quarterly
  • Yearly

Each section displays:

  • Total businesses
  • Total revenue
  • Total employees
  • Total profit

Use this view to measure growth trends over time.


This section focuses on pipeline health and revenue flow.

Displays deal probability status.

Tracks operational processing volume.

Shows revenue once billing integration is active.

Displays where leads originate from (e.g., Direct, Unknown, etc.).


This is a high-level executive overview including:

  • Total Annual Revenue
  • Quarterly Revenue
  • Year-to-Date Revenue

Breakdown by categories such as:

  • Unknown
  • Secondary
  • Other

Shows:

  • Total active employees
  • Total active clients

Breakdown by processing category.

  • Operating in Locations (map view)
  • States Employees Paid In

This view is designed for leadership decision-making and strategic planning.


Focused on onboarding and operational execution.

  • New Implementations
  • Completed Implementations

You can filter by:

  • Today
  • Week
  • Month
  • 30 Days

Calendar-style view showing scheduled payroll or processing dates.

Detailed list of implementation-related tasks including:

  • Project
  • Assigned user
  • Status
  • Due date
  • Priority

You can:

  • Filter by time range (ALL, 1M, 6M, 1Y)
  • Switch between Sales and Implementation
  • Use search where available
  • Drill into tasks or businesses directly
