Partners
The Partners page in the Sales module is where you manage partner companies that bring business into your system.
A Partner can be an external company such as a broker, agency, or consulting firm that introduces clients or helps you close deals.
What you see on this page
Section titled “What you see on this page”When you open Sales > Partners, you will see:
Summary boxes (Top section)
Section titled “Summary boxes (Top section)”At the top of the page, you will see two summary cards:

Total Partner
This shows how many partners are currently saved in the system. -
Total Revenue Share
This shows how many partners are linked to revenue sharing.
These boxes help you understand the partner database quickly without opening the list.
Partners List
Section titled “Partners List”Below the summary section is the Partners List table.
This table shows all partners stored in the system.
Columns in the table
Section titled “Columns in the table”Each row represents one partner. The columns include:

Partner Name
The name of the partner company. -
Total Revenue
Shows the total revenue generated through that partner. -
Total Businesses
Shows how many businesses are linked to that partner. -
Last Updated
Shows the last time the partner record was updated. -
TRB 12m
This shows the partner’s performance metric for the last 12 months (depending on your setup). -
Last created business
Shows the most recent business created through that partner.
This table helps you quickly compare which partners are active and which partners are not generating results.
Searching for a Partner
Section titled “Searching for a Partner”On the right side above the table, there is a Search Partners field.
Use this when:
- You have many partners saved
- You want to quickly find a specific partner name
- You want to confirm if a partner already exists before adding them again
Sorting Partners
Section titled “Sorting Partners”Next to the search box, you will see a sorting option:
- Sort by Last Updated
This helps you quickly view partners that were recently worked on.
This is useful when tracking recent activity and changes.
Actions Menu (Top Right)
Section titled “Actions Menu (Top Right)”In the top-right corner, there is an Actions button.
When you click it, you will see:
- Export
- Add Partner
Export
Section titled “Export”Use Export if you want to download the partner list for reporting or auditing.
Add Partner
Section titled “Add Partner”Use Add Partner to create a new partner profile.
This is how you add a new broker, agency, or external lead source into the system.
Adding a Partner
Section titled “Adding a Partner”To add a new partner:
- Go to Sales > Partners
- Click Actions
- Click Add Partner
- Enter the partner details
- Save the record
Once the partner is created, you will see it appear inside the Partners List table.
When should you use this page?
Section titled “When should you use this page?”You should use Sales > Partners
